TÂY SƠN – NGUYỄN HUỆ PLAY IN VIETNAMESE CLASS

What’s better way to learn about history than to act out historical events in a play? That’s exactly what TAS students in Ms. Tram Vo’s Vietnamese class did last Thursday, June 6, 2019, when they performed a play about the rise and fall of Tây Sơn House, led by Nguyễn Huệ, who later became Quang Trung – King of Vietnam, during a turbulent time in the 18th century. The play was packed with actions and intrigue, series of real events and even some theories about the death of King Quang Trung. The actors brought their best performance, and it was very well received by the audience made of teachers and even ES kids. Great job, Mustangs!
